SUP Intro Course or SUP Surf course

• SUP intro course is a basic course on flat water
• SUP Surf course is for those who want to learn how to use a SUP board in waves.

Practical info for both courses:

• Duration: Each lesson is 1.5 hours with everything included: SUP board, life jacket and wetsuit.
• Course content: Teaches water safety, how to paddle effectively, maintain balance and maneuver confidently on your board either on flat water or in waves. Learn to move around on your board and find the right balance/position.
• Level: Whether you are a beginner or have experience, our introductory SUP and SUP Surf courses will give you the skills needed to fully enjoy this exciting water sport.
• Groups: If you are more than 5, please write to us and get a quote.
