MTB intro tours - only for women

Are you a woman and would you like to try mountain biking? Or just become more confident on your MTB in the forest? And enjoy the beautiful nature in Tisvilde Hegn while you exercise? So come and join our intro tours - only for women :)

It will be super pleasant and educational trips, where we will talk about setting up the bike, how to get more control over the bike and thus more security on the MTB track. We are a maximum of 10 participants. If you don't have an MTB yourself, you can rent an MTB with a bicycle helmet from us for DKK 150 (normal price DKK 300).

Date and time: 2nd June, 16th June and 18th August 2024, all days are Sundays at 12-2pm. You can participate in one or more of the courses, you will be able to experience development from time to time, so it is clearly an advantage to participate several times.

There will always be an opportunity to buy luxury toast (DKK 30) after the trip and enjoy yourself together in Naturrum's premises, you can also bring your own packed lunch.

Julie will be your MTB guide and instructor on all the trips, she has 15 years of experience as an MTB rider and loves riding in Tisvilde Hegn and on the MTB track.

Price: DKK 350 per trip with your own bike and DKK 500 when renting a MTB (Hardtail MTB). MTB hire is paid on the day.

Remember: Drinking bottle, bicycle helmet, bicycle shorts/trousers are an advantage, clothing according to weather conditions. Also like snacks for the trip.

NOTE: In case of very bad weather (a lot of rain and stormy weather), the trip is canceled and money is returned or can be transferred to another course.
